Shut Down Wells Fargo Until They Dump the Private Prison Stock!

Tuesday Jan 24th from 11am- 3pm

Wells Fargo Financial Advisors (230 4th Avenue North, Nashville, TN)

Nashville joins the nationwide day of action against private prisons in demanding that bailed-out banks like Wells Fargo divest from GEO and CCA, companies that make their money off of incarcerating our families and neighbors for longer and in more harsh conditions–for profit!

Meet at 11 AM at Legislative Plaza and we will march to Wells Fargo by noon to deliver the message, shut them down if we’re able, and reach out to their customers and neighbors. Join us in front of Wells Fargo any time between 11 AM and 3 PM.

Remember- if you have a Wells Fargo account, this is a great day to shut it down for good and put your money in a bank that doesn’t devastate families and communities! Click here for the facebook event

Hi There! I’ve gone ahead and bookmarked http://prisondivestment.wordpress.com/2012/01/20/shut-down-wells-fargo-until-they-dump-the-private-prison-stock-jan24divest/ on Stumble so my friends can see it too. I just used Shut Down Wells Fargo Until They Dump the Private Prison Stock! #Jan24DIVEST National Prison Divestment Campaign as the title in my bookmark, as I figured if it is good enough for you to title your blog post that, then you probably would like to see it bookmarked the same way.
